How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of your day. Instead of reaching for your phone, try these simple movements to wake up your body.
The Routine
- Pelvic Tilts (1 min): Gently rock your pelvis to wake up the lower spine.
- Cat-Cow Stretch (2 mins): Mobilize the entire spine and connect with your breath.
- The Hundred (Prep) (2 mins): Get your blood flowing and core engaged.
- Spine Twist Supine (2 mins): Open up the chest and release back tension.
- Roll Down (3 mins): Stand up tall and articulate your spine to finish feeling grounded.
